Set in the lovely Caledon Hills northwest of Toronto, Caledon Woods Golf Club allowed architect Paul Takahashi to take full advantage of thick stands of mature trees, rolling contours and the Humber River to create a classic-style parkland course. Takahashi used older courses known for their moderate length as a design precedent, fashioning a par-71 course of 6,415 yards that provides strategic challenge for all abilities. The clubhouse, designed by renowned architect Richard Wengle, is adorned with barn-style dormers and a porch on three sides that provides beautiful views of the course.
