Philosophy of ClubLink Academy

At the ClubLink Academy, we believe that everyone can learn to play better golf and to enjoy their golf more. In order to help our students, we have developed instructional programs that are easy to understand and effective for all levels and abilities of golfers.

Programs are based upon the principles of biomechanics - the science of learning human motion. Our instructors have studied the golf swing motion in detail and will use the latest scientific information to help you improve. They will also use the latest techniques in motor learning and communication - the art in instruction. You will learn faster than you ever thought possible.

Our goal is to help you to have more fun playing golf. Each of you has a different perception of fun when it comes to golf. For some of you this might mean lower scores. For others it might mean playing golf without embarrassment and enjoying the day on the golf course by hitting the ball better. Your instructor will design a program for you that will be based upon your individual wants and needs. We will do an extensive evaluation of your present golf game, as well as, your physical condition and psychological skills. The ClubLink Academy also uses the latest in video technology - the V1 Digital Coaching System. This system combines the best digital video cameras, computers and state of the art software to provide you with the best visual teaching aid on the market today. The Digital Coaching System

If you are a golf tournament convenor, we would like to introduce to you the V1 Video Swing Analysis system. 

The V1 Video Swing Analysis not only provides your client with a chance to see his/her swing on video, but also the opportunity to learn something about their swing through the analysis supplied by the ClubLink Academy staff. From your company's standpoint, not only are you providing a very useful souvenir of your day, but with the ability to add a company commercial or logo, your guest will always be reminded of your event.

The cost of the V1 Video Swing Analysis is $24.95 per person and includes the tape with analysis as well as the addition of any commercial or logo that you wish to add. Although this service is coordinated by the staff of the ClubLink Academy at Glen Abbey, we are able to bring the V1 Video Swing Analysis system to any ClubLink facility that is hosting your event.
